Thank you for shopping with GoAuto Recycling. We take pride in providing quality OEM used auto parts and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.
General Returns
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they:
- Have not been installed, modified, or disassembled.
- Are returned in the same condition they were received.
- Include any original markings or identification labels.
The buyer is responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they were shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged:
- All electronic components and modules.
- Engines.
- Any item that has been installed, modified, disassembled, or altered after delivery.
Due to the nature of engine swaps and electronic components, these items are sold as-is and cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
